What are your opening hours?
We open 7am-6pm Monday – Friday.
What do I need to bring to Nursery each day?
• Warm coat and hat in the winter
• Wellies (if needed)
• Sun hat in warmer months
• Change of clothes
• Lots of spare underwear if your child is potty training
• Nappies if your child is only attending their funded hours.
• Your child’s comforter (if needed)How are the fees paid?
Invoices for childcare are produced on the 21st of each month (or nearest working day) for the upcoming month. The preferred payment method is at the beginning of each month by BACS or cash. Please see our Payment Policy for further information.

Should your child not attend Nursery due to a family holiday or chosen absence, your Nursery fees are payable as normal.
How do you manage behaviour?
We work in partnership with the parents for each individual child, we support this with our policies and procedures.
What happens if my child is sick?
If your child is sick at home please allow 48 hours from the last bout of sickness/ Diarrhoea. If your child is sick at Nursery we will contact you , for this reason contact details need to be kept up to date.
If your child is prescribed medication they need to have been taking it for 24 hrs before they return to nursery. If you require it to be given while your child is at nursery you will be asked to complete a medication form.
Do we provide shared care?
We provide many options of child care as a company through our various settings. We do not believe shared care is in the best interest of the children and therefore will support you to find the childcare setting that is right for you and your child’s needs.
What happens when my child is eligible for 3 + 4 year old funding?
We accept children in receipt of both 15 hours and 30 hours early years education funding.
If your child has already been attending before they are three, a place will be available for them to receive this funding the term after their third birthday.
Please note if you have previously been one of our concessionary rates of full week or full day this will stop.
Any additional hours over their funded entitlement will charged at the hourly rate.
You will be given a form which must be completed to enable use to claim your funding. -
